A friend of mine has just installed Dreamweaver 4 on my pc but the problem is that we don`t know how to use it.
Is it some sort of html program?? He told me that it`s used to make pictures change and animate on a website.
Is there anyone out the who can use?

Is Dreamweaver better than Frontpage? I have never used Dreamweaver whats it like?
