Oh right, let me think. What you could do is get a sharp stick. Use it to poke both is eyes out. Now that he cant see, buy a really cheap computer & set it up where the current one is. That way, cos he cant see, he wont have a clue that you have switched them. Job done.
i'm NOT spamming
windows messenger (the same as msn, just without the frilly bits) can be re-installed without using a disk in control panel (use the add/remove windows components tab in add/remove programs.
go to start/run and run gpedit.msc
move down the structure to computer configuration/administrative templates/windows components/windows messenger.
Make sure that you 1) allow windows messenger to be run and 2) configure messenger NOT to start with windows.
Then just hide any icons with windows messenger by changing the icon and name.
Voila Messenger works - and has a link to hotmail within it (so if your dad bans www.hotmail.com etc you don't need it, you'll be going straight to your inbox)

Wrong.
MSN and WIndows messenger are 2 different things. does msn messenger come with windows? no, Windows messenger does.
try pressing ctrl + del (is this right) at the welcome screen. This will change the view to a classic logon box
type the username as 'administrator' (no password)
most PC's out of the box have the administrator account set up on them. I my experience, few people know that its there.
If this doesn't work, your dads cleverer than you. Just use web messenger (do a search for it on msn.com)
