Who hates Chav's? walking home from my girlfriend's the other day and these Chavs were walking in front of me they kept on looking back at me. I thought they were going to get me but when I turned down the road they didn't they Just kept staring at me I hate them so much!

Around here both of the words would. Calling someone a bad man (I personally enjoy calling my friends something like this if they even so much as slightly resemble a chav) is usually seen as a sarcastic comment in my area. Although while I'm in a topic with the title of "chav's" it would be a good idea to express my complete dislike of the word itself.

I mean how long did it take the media to twig onto this new "culture"? It's a matter of years easily, do they never leave their office? Everyone knows about people who dress and act like "chavs", but why do the media feel the need to highlight this fact by bringing it up? Reminds me of tv programmes were completely retarded children benefit financially due to their bad behaviour, yes the publicity is bad, but no publicity is far better. The more people focus on a group, the more they act up.

I didn't say you are seven, hell, I didn't even imply it :p Who exactly "makes" you call these people badmen (bad as in good of course!)?

Perhaps you don't have a firm grasp of the English language, but well done on completely contradicting yourself there. You ask for someone to explain what a chav is, yet you say you call "people like that" (suggesting you know what they are) rebels.
