I saw it in the Evening Post the other week (Nottinghams local paper).

Apperently some guy went to hospitial because the 'slapper' (ho ho) slapped his glasses which somehow sliced his eye.

He lost his sight.

I think it's when some retard slaps you with one hand whilst filming you with his 'kamrah fone' in the other. Apparently kids do it to strangers on buses and the underground and blah blah blah. If someone did that to me, I would definitely snap their head off and shove the phone down the hole on their neck. Fo' shaw.

Happy Slaps is crap.
