Useful for any cheating snipers, I imagine - at the end of the level, near one of the bases, you can drive a Covenant (boosts) vehicle up the wall and stand on a little ledge that runs along the level - similar to the Tower in the PC version of Halo, but bigger and with no cover. You can probably just land on it in a banshee anyway, but still.
