Earlier I pre-ordered a game that used to cost 29.99, but now they sell it for 27.99, and it's not released yet, so am I still paying 29.99 ?

Some companies refund the difference if the price lowers - SR don't though :(
But that's not fare. How can some people pay less than other people and it gets despatched to everyone at the same time ?
If you've paid £27.99 then that is how much they will take, if it said £27.99 on the order confirmation then it will be that much. P&P will vary depending on where you bought it from.
