All the major broadband service seem to hate OS X and Mac users, can any one suggest anyone that carries a b/band service that supports OS X and isn't 199.99 a month

Yeah, it's fully Freeola'fied - just like the other services.
When each of you only needs to add a quid or two it's a very convincing reason to go for the top speed.

Like other have said, as long as you have the right hardware you can use any ISP.
