I can't get on to it. Haven't been able to for weeks now.

I know it's up - I can ping and tracert fine.

Have cleared browser cache, cookies - the lot. Can't access it with either IE or Firefox.

WTF is going on?! Is it NTL?

Yeah, I'm on Home too.

Valid reasons they may be, but it does explicitly say in the forum rules:

Do not post links to our competitors - As a retail site, we reserve the right to remove or edit any posts that contain mentions of or links to our competititors. Users that persist in doing so will be warned or banned if necessary.

a) This is the web design, PC and Internet forum. I have an internet-related problem. Therefore I am asking here. The site I am asking about is irrelevant.

b) If I can't get on to their website, I can't contact them, because I can't get any details.

c) When YOUR prices match THEIR prices (not to mention several other online UK sites) I'll consider YOU to be a competitor!

Idea: If you have nothing useful to contribute, shut the hell up.

Nope. XP Home.

Nothing to do with SP2 - I could access them fine after installing it. Just happened in the last few weeks.

If you know how to bring up the DOS prompt (Run->"cmd")

Type "ping www.ebuyer.com"

It should come up with an IP address (Ctrl+C stops it from pinging)

Copy that IP into your webbrowser address bar and press enter.

That might do the trick, I think there is something wrong with the shops DNS.

(Only offering advice, not condoning the use of the shop on this website etc etc)

I was having problems with it last week.

It seems to be working alright now, but before it wasn't showing lists of items (e.g. when you click "show all products in category").

I'm with Eclipse, so I doubt it's an ISP thing.

Freeola & GetDotted are rated 5 Stars

Check out some of our customer reviews below:

The coolest ISP ever!
In my opinion, the ISP is the best I have ever used. They guarantee 'first time connection - everytime', which they have never let me down on.
Easy and free service!
I think it's fab that you provide an easy-to-follow service, and even better that it's free...!
