I always liked 'Something is good if it is behaving how it should'. ie we think a snake is 'bad' (from our perception) but if it's doing what it's supposed to then it is infact 'good'.

By uniting you become a follower, you lose your own path. If you have a war to fight you have to fight it on your own and hope others do the same, otherwise you just lose one dictator for the one who leads your army.
United, failure is certain no matter the outcome, alone failure leaves you where you stand and sucess leaves you lost.

There is only one truth. The machine leads you to believe that there are millions of truths, and that each one is individual to each person. In the simplest possible terms, this is called 'divide and conquer'. The man wanyts you to be seperate, to be isolated. He wants you to have low self esteem, low values, low aims. He doesn't want you to unite and overthrow his tyranny. He doesn't want you to come together and bathe in the glorious rays of freedom. He wants to control. He wants power. And, for as long as you keep denying the truth, this is what he shall be getting.
