Is is from stuff you actually download to the hard-disc, or does it include stuff like movies and sounds files you just open up in the browser and then close?

So bandwidth counts as well? I'm sorry, I'm not really good at all this.
Hopefully you have ignored firestarters rubbish advise and realised that all traffic is counted in you download limit, eg opening a web page that is a few kb will count and will add up to quite a lot over a month.
As for Play.com, its a bit hit and miss. Usually i get stuff a day or two after releas but I have been lucky and had the odd thing on release day. I suppose it depends on when they get their stock in. Just cross your fingers.

Driver 2 was good, but I've been hearing bad things about Driv3r.
