Is the girlfriend that you get in Las Venturas in? Its the one that you have to have so that you can get the keycode for the Casino robbery. I've been there loads of times but she's never in, so like, is it random, or is there a certain time she is in?

I can't remember her name, what I've said above is all i can say.

I'm sure it's Millie your talking about, you gain her automatically as a girlfriend after the "Key to your heart" mission.

Yep, thats the one.

She's there from 12:00 to 22:00.

The thing is, though, she isn't.

There doesn't appear to be a set time. I drove around the area for a complete 24 hour day, once, and not once did the red icon appear outside her house.

thats because you stayed in ther area
leave the area like miles away and come back in her time range and she'll b there

just whack in the speed up time cheat until the icon appears.

Ahahaha.

Not cheated yet in San Andreas, and ain't going to. I'm getting 100% - not having a feature which basically says, "Ha, you're crap" in my stats.
