After 17 years of perfect teeth, a hole has mysteriously appeared in one of my molars.
It wasn't tehre last night at 4am when I was brushing, but the, I check when I'm brushing earlier, and what's there?

What happened?
I've got fine teeth apart from one of the front ones is slightly darkened after I got smashed in the face by a hockey stick.

I can get it fixed easily though, it hasn't been knocked out.
