I read earlier that Acclaim have been given the rights to produce a Wrestling game titled The Legends of Wrestling.
It will feature around 30 characters including the likes of Bret 'Hitman' Hart, Texas Tornado, 'Superfly' Jimmy Snukka, and will have running commentary from Mene Gene and Bobby 'The Brain' Heenan.
All wrestlers will have their own unique entrance complete with music and flashing lights. Matches involved will be barbed wire, hardcore and battle royal.
It is stated to be in development for PS2 and GameCube. Sounds pretty cool I reckon. Acclaim have experience in making wrestilng games, remember Warzone and Attitude - They were both alright games so this one could be a surprise hit!!

sounds like it has a lot of potential, i can see this one in my Gamecube cabinet of the future he he! It';s something new is'nt it, we always have the most modern wrestling games with the best grahics etc, but now we could see the oldies!!
A game i would like to see is wwf new vs wwf of old, i made a no mercy Pay Per View with things like edge and christian vs new age outlaws, the rock vs andre the giant in a 30 min iron man match, ken shamrock, chris jericho and chris benoit in a ladder match, cactus jack vs triple H mr game in a cage match and shawn michaels vs the undertaker!!

looks well good but what about the moves arm lock chin lock head lock NO CHAIR SHOTS
