Doesn't matter, it was poor at best. "Ooh, ooh, I pulled a funny face after doing a high-pitched voice and making fun of my long hair. Everyone clap like seals when I quote normal words in Klingon, and play the three chords I know on the piano and guitar."
> Does Carr do anything except host "100..." for C4?
Yes. He hosted Distraction, he does The Friday Night Project, he hosted that new year's quiz, and I'm sure there are many more. He does everything.
Haven't seen Bill Bailey and I want to punch Peter Kay in his big sweaty gut. End-of-Pier "Oooo don't mums buy rubbish xmas presents" type humour is weak.
"I won't tell you how it (Love Story) ends, but the sequel starts with him digging her up"
> Oh, so you're a classically trained musician as well?
Now you come to mention it...
Just didn't find him funny, and his songs were crap. Phil Kay is crap too. But Jimmy Carr makes me laugh, except when he's doing quiz shows.
He's alright, but more hit and miss than Bailey.
He was mental on his channel 4 show, absolutely mental. :D
Absolutely awful. I fail to see how the sight of a middle aged man exposing his genitals in a desperate attempt to impress a horrified crowd, as Kay did at this years Reading festival, can be funny.
Oh and he's much funnier too.
Ever seen Phil Kay?
Also much better.
