I bought a ringtone from O2 Internet on my phone and it worked fine, they sent me a text saying 'Subscribe to P2 Ringtone of the Week' and you can get a ringtone every week for one pound. So i subscribed and the next week they sent me the text with my choices, i chose one and it worked fine. The next week they sent me the message again, i replied exactly the same as last week (how they tell you to in the message) and they sent me nothing. Then the next week it didnt work either, so i emailed O2 asking how to unsubscribe from their ringtone of the week and they wont answer me! I called them and it says 'you call is in a queue, please hold on your call will be answered as soon as possible'. This number costs like £1.50 a minute, so sure i am going to hang on for 30 mintes while they wait to answer my call!

We should make a list of all the dodgy rip-off componies, a bit like an online watch dog. That'll show 'em.

Why would you want so many ringtones anyway?

I would of guessed from the 'P2 Ringtone of the Week' that it was a scam.

And the moral of this story is never trust big rip-off corparations like o2, Dell, Three, and AOL, to name a few. No matter how good a deal a compony like this has for you, there will always be a catch.
