Too good to watch in a communal room in which all the other patrons are playing pool.

"8 times in a row he just farted up my m**f!"

As it happens I did. I've said it before about other shows and I'll say it again. I just didn't quite get it.

Conveniently enough you've just summed it up for me. I chortled at times but on the whole didn't burst out laughing.

Simply:

Brass Eye > Peep Show > Nathan Barley > Alot of crap on tv.

Glad to see channel 4 is consistently giving new and odd British comedy a go though, to balance out Friends and The Simpsons. (I detest canned laughter)

Thank God it's repeated tonight... I was out last night, and was kicking myself when I realised that I'd missed it.

Bloody "lingo".

Saw this word on some advert. I really, REALLY hope it doesn't take off.

Yeah, he is the main the character. And Julian Barratt is perfect casting. He manages to pull that "so frustrated I can barely speak" act off well.

No I was being serious.

Instead of links it would say 'Turn to page 48 for topic x', it would be doable so long as the site was mainly text and pictures.

There'd just be a bit of flicking about to do.

Hypertext and all that jazz.

It wasn't great, but then it wasn't Brass Eye, or The Day Today. sitcoms are always dodgy things. Look at Green Wing, Little Britain, According to Bex, and that hospital thing with the bloke from LoG. Rubbish, thalorrovem, despite having a good amount of talent.

I'd have preferred another Brass Eye special, but I think the Daily Mail would have exploded (actually, that's not a bad thing, but they'd blame it on black-power Nazis). He picked an easy target, and the only people that get the joke are people like us that already joke about it anyway.

Quiet, you :P

The actual site has disappeared, just wondered why now it's on C4 after the origins have gone.
