29 years ago today, Maggie Thatcher became leader of the Conservative party.

29 years and 3 months ago today was the date I was due to be born (I ended up being a couple of weeks late).

Which means that 30 years ago today is the time I was conceived.

I was conceived due to a "Huzzah for Maggie" celebratory shag.

I came out ass first, but I blame my twin brother - he was pushing me around before we were even born!

Seriously, though, the doctors had to induce labour for both my elder brothers, but by the time I came along they decided to wait and see how long it took - plus the fact she got German Measles when she was carrying me and they were worried that any tampering would result in a miscarriage, as it had twice previously. Apparently some women do just gestate longer than is normal.

I think that's how I got my special powers ...

My brother was conceived on my dad's birthday and I was apparently conceived when dad had an afternoon off work!

Also, I was due to be born on Valentine's Day but ended up being 4 weeks and 6 days overdue ... seriously!
