anyway i dont like the bridge thing its too confusing

why cant you change it or even remove it

i ve got three windows open

and i still aint copin

i keep writing the wrong things in the wrong box

and because of that i think im an ox

so take some time to think about ideas next time

and ask the us the users what we think

so people like me dont have to whine

It occurs to me that you might be confusing yourself with three windows open.

Why don't you try just one!

On arriving here today I note that FOG (Chatter) has 580 posts and FOG (Prime Topics) has 590 posts. That's in the last 24 hours.

That's pretty conclusive proof that the split was successful.

Be aware also that the figure of 580 posts is roughly where the FOG forum was about four weeks ago. i.e. traffic here has roughly doubled in the past four weeks.

There has to be some scope for growth.

As for the FOG BRIDGE. I think it's a great feature enabling people to go straight from a message thread in one FOG to the topics page of the other one.

In order to clarify things some "rules" will appear on the home page of UKdiscussions on Monday or Tuesday.

I didn't see what was the problem. Just use 2 browsers and everyone goes about the same pace you do. Post one message, another comes up. Relpy to that, up comes another one. Great.

I remember once I posted about 20 posts in oune night coz I was have a discussion about MS with someone (Possibly with Your Honour). That's exactly what a discussion group is for.

The FOG ain`t dead. Its just a little slower, which is what was intended.
