I am receiving extraordinary amounts of referrals from this site:

however when i visit it i see that the language i do not understand and cannot identify what language it is...or what type of site it is...or in fact anything about this site!

so anyone got a clue on what it is and where it is linking to me as i see no visible link to my site.
If you wish to know the extent of the visitors it sends me then here we go:
I usualy receive around 400 visitors to my site and in the last day i received 2,356 unique visitors!
On my advertising scheme i usually receive varied amount of clicks from 10-30 today i received a whopping 109.
So if the link is permanent i will be very happy about this :D

Elisa rings a bell, can't remember what it is but I think it's just a site that randomly links to random sites for a day or so.
My site had the same thing last month, out of the blue I had 2,500 visitors in one day because random sites were linking to one file.

Try googling for elisa.net referrals or search engines.
A few sites seem to think its a search engine or runs some kind of indexer at least.
