I think you'd be better off actually downloading some fonts for your computer, then using a program like photoshop to give it some flair and originality.
First i'd go here: http://www.graffitifonts.com/
Then find the font you want and copy it to C:\WINDOWS\Fonts.
Then open up photoshop create whatever background you want, and select the text tool, type something and select the font you have downloaded.
Then you'll notice that your text has appeared in the layer window, right click and and select "blending options".. Then just mess around until you come up with something quite graffiti-ish
If you don't have Photoshop, i'm sure there is a way you could acquire it.
One that has a login/ out option and a ban user option would be helpful. And not ad - supported, if possible.

I assume that's what you're looking for. A forum is a fairly large entity - it's not just a few lines of code! Lol.
Edit: Just tried it and you have to dowload it and upload every single file (there are about 200) to an online web directory, which I can't do. Do you, or does anyone else know one were you can simply enter an html code?
