I'm the same. Like the the rock on bbc1 the other night.
Probably down to the fact you can watch a dvd at anytime, forward-rewind it if you miss anything important. but if you miss anything on tv you're screwed. Still doesnt explain it properly considering its on tv.
Somthing to try could be playing the dvd at the same time its on tv and see what happens...

Here'a a question for you. Why is it that I've got the DVD boxset and never watch it, but as soon as it's on TV I'm glued to the set?
