I'd take it. Are you exactly who you want to be anyway? I mean in an ideal world you probably wouldn't do what you already do, you'd be an actor. There are very few jobs where you can't leave your work at work come 17:00. So get paid more for it.

Meh. This is a moral dilemma for me. I mean, am I turning into something I don't want to be? I don't think so; like I say, I've always had a strong element of "wanting to do well in society", as well as an interest in being part of a healthy society. Unfortunately, I'm all too aware that this isn't a healthy society. Hence most of the anger.
On the other hand, I don't see any reason at all why "staying true to principles" should equate to "take a series of jobs you don't much want that don't pay as well as the one on offer". It's like those annoying left wing types who think that a salary (and soap) is selling out. If it's just other businesses I'm doing the presentations to...well, then the only problem is making sure I don't lose sight of that dividing line.
