I feel dirty already before i even say anything but i feel i must defend a liverpool player *shudders*
Mr Morientas, already getting stick from certain retarded parts of the media already claiming him to be a failure and a waste of money. For god sake the guy's only played about 3 matches, he's got to get to grips with the pace of the English game and he wasn't exactly a permanent starter at the Bernabeu, he needs to get back up to proper match fitness. How about giving him a break eh?
As soon as he gets used to english game i can see him scoring at least 15 goals a season but how about actually letting him get settled before slating him if after about 20 games he still hasn't scored then give him some stick.

That's very true that Ben.
The worst thing is, he's actually shown some promise already, with his touches, headers and runs - the goals from these actions will come from him getting his fitness back.
And Bainsy, if there was ANYONE I would have wanted him to score a Debut goal against, it was you's; but it was just never meant to be. He'll get you next season, anyway :P

For a guy thats famed for always scoring on his debut it is quite a let down though :D
