Anyway, Cancer doesn't give you cancer, if you've got cancer, you don't get "More cancer", you've alreayd got it, so it doesn't give you it, as you already had it.

No, they don't talk rubbish. It is actually true that many things are carcinogenic. Most of our foods are, because many common additives used are carcinogenic.
