With the iPod shuffle small print brought into light, I'm sure there isn't an "amusing" clause in the iPods small print apart from

Creative stuff is generally better than Apple stuff, cheaper with better battery life and often better functionality. You'll find that most people with iPods are actually called Nathan Barley and earn £50,000 a year working as graphic designers out of Soho.
since they are kinda the same, appart from fm radio, and removable battery, i would choose the ipod, the ipod looks nicer.
Just buy a Micro instead. Jeez, who the feck wants to cart around a load of photos for random show & tell?!
