SR v PS2(mag)
Think Mastersystem vs SNES to get an idea of the difference. The main problem is that the Gamegears screen is backlit, making it easier to see the graphics, but at the same time hiding some of the lack of detail in those graphics.
Now, I'm a big fan of Sega and the fact that I still have my gamegear is testamony to that, but the Gameboy Advance is smaller, neater and just looks so much the better console (not surprising, being brand new compared to a handheld that is getting on a bit now)
and, yes, I was a member of SR about ten years ago, or whenever the first Gameboy came out.
Ive been meaning to get one to compare the Gamegears spec with the GameBoyAdvance just for curiosity.
After all the GameBoyAdvance has a pretty poor screen resolution, and yet the older GameGear had pretty good graphics and a TV adapter!
