I need something translated from English into German and having not spoken a word of German since getting a C in my GCSE 15 and a half years ago, I was hoping one of you monkeys, erm, lovely people could do it for me?

Secondly, I'd like to ask your permission to use part of one of your images as a header image on my site. The image in question is "Cold Rays" and my site can be found at http://timmargh.net/
If the answer is "No" then that's fine, I'll look elsewhere. If the answer is "Yes" then I'll gladly make a donation towards your server or bandwidth fees.

Zweitens mögen I'd um um Ihre Erlaubnis bitten, Teil von einem Ihrer Bilder als Überschriftbild auf meinem Aufstellungsort zu verwenden. Das Bild in der Frage ist "Cold Rays" und mein Aufstellungsort kann an http://timmargh.net/ gefunden werden
