Because it requires a ridiculous amount of time and attention, which frankly is something I doubt you could manage.

Who has played monster rancher on ps1. That game takes some beating. It will have you hooked for months.

It's a futuristic RPG (in a point-and-click isometric format). It's ancient now (1997 release) and looks crap, but the freedom of exploration and choice was surely groundbreaking. The highlight? Stumbling across a city full of pretentious snobs and killing every last one of them. Ah, the memories :-D

Still love it (plus it's only a fiver, if you can find it).

I would have to say Final Fantasy VII. There were loads though, I used to love playing Boulderdash on the C64.
