Totally free to watch, should take about 10 mins to buffer on a mid-speed connection, or you can download it - its about 50mb.

Sorry, but I feel the language I used gave no doubting that it was my opinion only. I can only apologise.

P2p is your only way. eMule has a copule of copys on. It's approx 300mb, so look for tht one (ignoring a number of <50mb ones). You're not being a copyright thief for downloading a copy. It'll never appear for sale. Enjoy (uncomfortably), particularly the last section if you manage to get hold of it. ;)

Not at all, I just think you were quite direct in your insult and didnt show it to be your opinion but "fact" that it wasn't good. If a person has no point of comparison then they could enjoy it. Tetris graphics rocked at one point, but in the GTA/Halo2/whateverthekidsareplaying era -theyre poor. But if a person had only ever played tetris then they'd still think the tetris graphics were super-good.

Where can I see these videos? You've sparked an interest in me.

Now you see, I'm not saying any form of expression is rubbish, so please don't twist my words around. All I'm saying is that this particular piece I would expect to be displayed on a media wall, surrounded by twentysomething Nathan Barley types braying it's virtues and saying how "edgy" it is. While feeling slight guilt over spending 70quid on a ironic "A-Team" t-shirt while out of the corner of their eye a bloke rattling a tsunami appeal bucket goes unnoticed.
You can get on your high horse all you like and think I'm a media dumb-dumb, but the simple fact is, Lucid did absolutely *nothing* for me.
If you want to watch something truely tense and disturbing, get hold of the banned Nine Inch Nails short movie "Broken". They're music videos, but go far, far further in depicting insanity than Lucid did, and they weave a story around them. Even if you don't like the music, the unrelenting assult of hand held, camcorder footage in the style of a snuff movie batters you insensible.
Makes Lucid look like the Tweenies.
Oh, and Crossbob, Have you ever heard of the word "sycophant?"
> Watch it you fat hobos.
well, i'm persuaded.
It wasn't meant to be a 'movie' - it was meant to be exactly what you said in such a vulgar manner. By all means turn up your nose in distaste, but don't try and topple a popular art form. I could quite easily say "all music is rubbish", but I'd seem rather idiotic in saying so.
> What didn't you like it?
One dechypered, I take it that statement was supposed to be "what didn't you like about it?"
I didn't like it becuase it was arty for the sake of arty self indungent masturbation. Scene after scene of random "creepy" imagery thrown at the camera does not a good piece of film maketh. I'm a big fan of Cronenburg and Lynch, but this just didn't flip my switch I'm afraid.
