Ok the button to right hand side of the f12 key, should have a Prt Scr on it, just press that. Then you just paste it into a photo editing software. (MS paint or PS pro)
Then go into an image editing program (paint) and hit paste.

Considering you were talking about buying a Volcano HSF in the other thread to "get 200-300MHz", I'm guessing this is a fake.
I suppose the checksum proves this, but I'm unsure of how exactly it works, so I don't know for sure.
