Aimar would be a great signing if you could get him. I'm surprised that's not bigger news i wouldn't have known about it unless i saw it here. None of the rags seem to be carrying the story

I really don't think Rafa will have that much money. Think about the losses mentioned at the AGM, and how much we spend (for us) over summer. He'll be lucky to get the £7 million Real want for Morientes. Realistically, we don't stand a chance in hell of getting Aimar, even if we wanted to.

Missing 4 strikers is quite an impact considering the only fit one spent a hughe chunk of his career at leeds playing in midfield!

Gary Neville is also very important bombing down that right side. Massive influential figure and gets in loads of crosses.

I'd say, apart from Van Nistelrooy, Giggs is the only casualty who would have a major impact on United's Starting 11.

But enough about that.

Why must we always suffer long term injuries to our best players!? God help Rafa right now - shine down upon him with a big £30Mil cash boost so we can replace those that you have struck down with great vengeance. We've had Stevie out. We've had Baros out (to be continued), we've had Kirkland out. We've had Dudek out. We've had Garcia out. We've got Ciise out.
