Theres only one thing which I really hate.
The "content" bit in the middle, being the same color as the background, not sure if it works...

When you click on the picture of the dog it opens up in the same windows as your webpage, I would change it so that when you click the picture it opens in a new window.
One minor change - perhaps put a line break between the top of the grey left hand menu and the picture above so it's level with the related links box on the other side?

i'd make the blue content holders a little less opaque to fit the top image a little better.

The corners aren't the same colour as the boxes...
