Hmmm, I thought this was just transfer talk.
I'm not too sure if moving to Blackburn would be a good move if he wants to be closer to Wales and whatnot, with Birmingham being closer to Wrexham if you look at the roads.
Who else would it be if it's not Blackburn then?

Ever tried actually tried driving through birmingham?
Birmingham is closer, but takes longer because of the stetch of the M6 you have to go through. Accoriding to the AA route planner, blackburn--->wrexham is 19 minute quicker than birmingham ----> wrexham.
