You know the test for whether you use "me" or "I", by taking out all the other factors, you can do the same as a verb test.
Simply put "I" then the verb. See, "I went" works. "I over" doesn't.

It was good last year at AS, we looked at gender and stuff in language and representation and accent and dialect to a degree, however this year is language acquisition and development which sickens me.
