It's rather cool, he asked his girlfriend to marry him on boxing day and she accepted and stuff so he's engaged. They've not planned a date or anything but he's asked me to be his best man which rather rocks!

That gives me full stag-night planning responsibilities - and I thought A levels were pressure! heh.

at last someone thinks the same as me ! as for cannabis give it five years and we will be just like Amsterdam !

The whole idea of illegal drugs is a seriously flawed one, simply because not all drugs are judged by the same standards. If alcohol and particularly tobacco were tested against the same criteria which the British goverment has deemed all other drugs illegal, they too would fail and be deemed illegal. Only problem is the government can't make them illegal because it would literally blow the British economy to smithereens. I don't do drugs myself but I'm all in favour of fairness and strongly beleiev that all drugs should be judged against the same criteria. Therefore cannabis should be legalised so I can enjoy the fringe benefits of the upturn in British economy thanks to smokers paying tax to the government instead of lining the pockets of dealers.
