Hmmm ... i thought it kinda lagged off near the end. All of Nothern Lights and most of the Subtle Knife were great, but the Amber Spyglass didn't do much for me, although the ending was very good.
Still, yes, very good.
Although the quite annoyingly blatent "OMg!1 religionz!1 boohissboo!" did sorta dampen the experience.

No - it was his godfather, the wolf guy prisoner bloke.
I remember it well .... JK was chittering on about the book having a horrible, horrible death in it, and then this guy falls through some poorly-described veil into 'another world'.
I had nightmares for weeks.
Oh! The total inability to build any kind of climax!
Argh! The utter confusion in words everytime something actually happenes.
Such horror.

Harry's girlfriend...I forget her name. I really don't think that any of the trio should die, the trio being Harry, Ron and Hermione. But JK has taken so long realising the 6th book that I've pretty much forgotten what happened in the other books :@

What about one of the Dursleys?
That Dudley's a right pig, and liable to say the wrong thing at the wrong time.
This time it will be a tree or something silly.
Still, His Dark Materials is a far superior series.
