But newbies do get more grief on here for their stupid posts where as most regulars get away with a few. Plus they are more likely to get reported for being bad.

It's not possible. And doing any of the things you've suggested with do you no favours whatsoever.
Can't you just wait a few weeks, make some posts and not think about it? The only thing that it'll change is the colour of your name - you don't get anything with it. It won't get you any kind of respect: that has to be earned and it's becoming increasingly difficult here nowadays.
