It says here that it usually takes 24 hours to ship but below that it says : "We have been informed that this item is in short supply but we are working hard with our suppliers to secure more stock as quickly as possible. We will fulfil all orders on a first come first served basis".
So, do they mean that they have stock but haven't got much?

How old is it? Surely apple will replace it if you've had it less than a year.
