What if I ignored every single user of this forum. Would only my messages appear? Would I slowly go mad? Does anyone have the time or inclination to try this and let me know? Cheers.

Just copy the link for ignoring a user, paste it into THIS windows address bar, change the user id for your own (can find it in the source code)
