I have got some release date information about GT3.
American release date is July 11th
European release date is July 13th

So looks like we have to wait until the middle of July, the release isnt too far from the American one.

The lack of general heat won't be noticed coz every ps2 owner will be inside on gt3 :@)

True. Though the PS2 is playable all year round.

You could always play with your missus, then trade her in once you get as far as you can for a shinier and faster model.
