The way he was killed was just messed up.
I don't like Pantera, but shooting him in the head onstage?

Yeah, my point was: the music isn't very good at all.

they sure did!
RVD used a loop of the chorus for his ECW music.

I'm not the greatest fan of Pantera either, but Dimebag was an excellent guitarist, and I'm just a bit miffed that the only reason he's dead now is because some 'tard was angry that Pantera had split up.

Rubbish.

Anyway, not a big Pantera fan and never liked the few Damageplan songs I heard at all, but Dimebag was an incredibly talented player and produced some awesome drunken interviews.

I think that what he means! Personally i don't like most metal i like some of it and can take the friendlier side where there is some attempt to right a decent songand actually sing something that sticks with the music and sounds decent, metallica enter sandman for example. Then you have the absolutely crap side of metal which in fairness is quite an overwhelming majority were you have a band which has an talented lead guitarist but the rest of the band doesn't really matter, while the guitarist orgasms over his guitar (fair play to him) somebody who sounds like a retard having an epileptic fit screams really badly over the top with absolutely no regard for the music while somebody else bashes a drum set randomly in as hard a fashion as they can. Its not music.

Lucy, or anyone else from the WWE forum who's reading, didn't Pantera do Rob Van Dam's ECW music? I think it was called 'Walk' and I remember moshing to it once at Rock City...

I'm too scared to try and outwit you, shazzy. It's obvious to me that you can tell that I'm not a real fan and that you are. I bet you cried when you heard about it - I'm sure that's what a real fan would do. I'm obviously just jumping on the band wagon.

I'll just go off and listen to Kylie.
