I'd get a PSP so I could play it out & about. Although I am worried about the battery life. 90 minutes is a hell of a short time. (based on Ridge Racer)

PS2, so as i could play, Killzone; GT4; The Getaway, etc.

It's a tough choice as they're both good platforms.

If you want a Sony machine, get a PS2 - no batteries to worry about, better controls (makes a change when I can say that about a Sony controller) and a larger screen...assuming you're not using an old GBA and TV tuner to play it on...

Purely on the basis of Metal Gear Acid, a PSP shall be mine.

PS2, obviously.

PSP doesn't hold a candle to it.

But yeah, just like your last, pointless thread, two completely different machines.

I would definitely go with a PS2 because the quality of the games will be so much better. There are also likely to be less releases in the future for the PSP.

I can't believe some of the things im hearing on this post "Battery life 90mins", "Grapihics of a bad quality" and "Small screen"....there will be without a doubta way of linking your PSP up to a TV screen. But i would go for a ps2, depending on what you are buying it for, i myself have a ps2 and have had since it came out. but i will be getting a psp.
