With adequate proof.
We are not constantly under threat from supervillains, so superheroes must be stopping thier plots.
Therefore superheroes exist.
As for supervillains existing?
Well, there's good reason why we don't know where we are.
Superheroes are stopping them from unleashing evil plots, thus we don't get to see them.

And according to last months FHM, some guy in Brazil spent a fortune turning an old van into a real-life 'transformer'. Only it looked rubbish and athe only use he's found for it is taking it to Brazilian raves...
