Yeah docters in A&E don't get paid more if their are more patients, the NHS is stressed enough as it is with becasue the GP's have stopped doing out of hours

lol maybe but if someone called saying they where going to top themselves i would say why are you on the phone then>? if you where going to do it don't bother me at work and make me have to do more. of course if they told me that they where going to do it cause someone had upset them (cheating woman, annouying boss, late postman or someone gave them wrong change in a shop) i would then suggest the petrol and matches solution and the next day they would be feeling alot better about themselves.
