"Is this a scam..."

I sent my iPod off to these people about a week ago and i've been ringing and e-mailing them to see whetehr they've recieved it and they wont reply.

Does anyone know anything about this company, whether they're scammers or not?

Even if they say it has been delivered it's no guarantee.

just read on their site how your ment to send it. i assume you sent it by Royal Mail Special delivery or what ever it's called? if you did you can use the number that the post office gave you to track your parcel. they can tell you if it has got there and been signed for, if you didn't send it by this method i have some abuse for you :) but not sharing it till i know the facts.

Find someone who lives in Maidstone.

Send them round with a baseball bat.

Get answers.

They will probably be able to fix them or send them to apple themselves then sell on ebay :D

If you sent them your ipod, surely you have an address...

or perhaps just burn them?

if you can't contact them it doesn't look good for you. did you just use them cause it was the only one you could find or did someone recommend them to you? i don't really use sites to purchase or have things done unless i know people that have used them adn haven'thad problems it mite sound silly but i just like being careful on the net and don't like the idea of someone somewhere rolling around in my money laughing.
