I sent my iPod off to these people about a week ago and i've been ringing and e-mailing them to see whetehr they've recieved it and they wont reply.

Does anyone know anything about this company, whether they're scammers or not?

There was probably about 10p's worth of damage to it. Your iPod is, in all liklihood, sitting there, fixed, selling on eBay at full price. And this person is laughing and scratching his fat, lazy ass.

Just, I pray, do not send your Zen there when you feck it up within the first five nanoseconds of use, Strid.

Well at least you're getting some money for it. Althought that sounds like a scam in itself. They'll fix it for about a tenner then flog it full price on ebay.

They just phoned my dad and said it needed a new Hard Drive and he can either pay £160 to replace it or they'll buy it for £60, so he chose the second one.

Doesn't matter though because im getting a Zen for Xmas which I hope is just as good.

Done that.

And it says 'Delivered'.

My mum has sent them an e-mail anyway making it very clear that if this is a scam she'll be 'round their HQ with a wooden spoon.
