For some reason, over the last few weeks, therehas been a marked increase in the amount of swearing on the boards, coming from both newbies and some regulars.

If you are new, please take a look at the rules: http://ukchatforums.com/forumrules.php. Even if you're not, it might not hurt to review them again.

Just to get it clear, swearing in any form is not allowed. That includes starring out letters and replacing letters with ! characters etc. The swear filter in place will catch some but it is only a backup tool. In reality someone has to go through and edit or delete your post.

First offence will be a warning, repeated violations will result in a banning. It is such a stupid thing to be banned for because it is utterly preventable.

Please bear in mind that this is a family forum, visited by people of all ages, and it is irresponsible (and unnecessary) to use bad language around here.

Thanks.

BioRex, I bear you no ill will, I just had to change it because of what it said. Them's the rules, you see.

I didn't warn you just then even though you tried to insult me, but now you swear in your post (in this thread of all threads) so I've got no choice. What point did that prove?

I don't get it.

Look, s.m.v shouldn't have changed my tag name to fluffykittens.tk, in the first place. I'm just a bit off, ok?

Have you actually said c*ck instead of chicken?

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
