"Zen Jukebox question"

I'm not posting in 'Cust services' because it isnt populated enough.

I basically need someone who has a Zen to ask a couple of questions. The manual sucks and I dont want to mess it up by bashing buttons.

If you've got a Zen give me a shout please.

Get a pin, and press the reset button. Mines frozen about 3 times, been fine since.

Try resetting the unit, min crashed the first time I used it, yet it's been fine ever since.

It comes with songs on it.

It said, for about an hour it was playing "Air on a G string" but it wasnt.

I went into the thingy where you load stuff onto it, put a few songs on it.

Now it says "Add music from library"
< Press MENU button>


I pressed the menu button.

I pressed it a few times actually, but it still says it.

And turn up the volume

Put a song on it, foo

It just says "now playing" at the top.

Nothing is playing.

none of the buttons respond.

No it isn't locked.

And also if he charged it.
