I have the same problem!

I have an old lady next door to me and she hates the dog so much and when he barks she always comes around and argus with my mum.

I just sit back and laugh, i'm not gonna force my dog not to bark, it's natural.

Play some loud rock music so that your neighbours don't hear it barking.
