No, you're confused, the point "B:" is introducing it, hence why it ends with "that"
B1 is a subsection of B, so, instead of me having to write:

B1: "I have a gay assed computer that sucks"
B2: "I have a gay assed computer that sucks more"

No they're not.

B1 is a subsection of B.

the bit that says B is basically the bit you get above it all.

I have a gay assed computer that:
B1: sucks
B2: sucks more

And all of this is contained within the "B" section, therefore it starts with B.

You can't go B then B1.
You go B then B2.
But even better - you go B1, then B2, avoiding B at all - seeing as it's just the same as B1, only shorter.

Everyone knows B is B1, that's the rule.
Unless it says otherwise, it's 1 anyway - so you can't then go on and put a 1 after the next thing in the list. It doesn't make any sense.
